Edward Rowse Architects has teamed together with the Bell/Heery organization on this $246 million design-build contract for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Edward Rowse Architects is the Architect of Record on the project. The facility is a medium security institution with living units and support buildings to a capacity of 1,230 inmates. The campus plan will include several buildings within a secure compound having over 484,000 SF of gross building area. Also within the plan but outside of the secure compound is a minimum security Federal Prison Camp with housing unit and support facilities for a capacity of 128 inmates.
